In Loonity we group customer orders into a logistic model that is scheduled in order rounds. Each order round is defined by the order closure time.

Example: Order closure is daily at 16:00. This means all orders made after 16:00 until 15:59 the following day are grouped into the same order round.

It is important to know that in Loonity the status of an order is tracked on the level of the product. As such there is no order status, but only product status.

Orders will be handled automatically by the system once all products have been processed and product status has been updated.
