        "rendered": "<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Loonity we group customer orders into a logistic model that is scheduled in order rounds. Each order round is defined by the order closure time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Example: Order closure is daily at 16:00. This means all orders made after 16:00 until 15:59 the following day are grouped into the same order round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is important to know that in Loonity the status of an order is tracked on the level of the product. As such there is no order status, but only product status. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders will be handled automatically by the system once all products have been processed and product status has been updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is useful to familiarize yourself with the names and colors of all status a product can be in: <a href=\"https:\/\/doc.loonity.com\/en\/?docs=cheat-sheet-order-status\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"299\">Cheat sheet<\/a><\/p>",
