        "rendered": "<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The order management is the &#8220;meat and potatos&#8221; of Loonity: It gives you as a producer the possibility to process orders and prepare goods for the logistics process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#FFEE58\" class=\"has-inline-color\">You can find 4 tasks in this section of the documentation. If you follow the tasks in order, you successfully complete commissioning the order so it will be ready for delivery. The tasks are highlighted in yellow.<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How orders have to be handled depends on how the market that sent you the order is configured. Orders may have different delivery methods, documents and preparation times, so you have to pay attention while processing them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In general, Loonity is set up in a way that you will recieve as little information as possible (e.g. you will not recieve an email for every order, but only one for every round), but enough for you to work efficiently. It will be proportionally colored in the status that the products are in (see <a href=\"https:\/\/doc.loonity.com\/en\/?docs=cheat-sheet-order-status\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"299\">status cheat sheet<\/a> to learn about status colors). In the above example there a total of 3 products in the delivery round, of which 1 has been processed and two are awaiting processing by you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By clicking on a box, you select a delivery round and the orders will be displayed in the column to the right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Orders column<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The orders column shows you all the necessary information you need to process the orders in a delivery round. You have two options to display the information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">By products<\/span>: Groups the information by product, class=\"wp-block-heading\">Picking list and delivery notification<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:#FFEE58\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Task 1: Before processing an order, you can print the picking list and delivery notifications by clicking on the print button in either the products table or order table.<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The lists are described in <a href=\"https:\/\/doc.loonity.com\/en\/?docs=orders-the-picking-list-and-delivery-note\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"383\">the picking list and delivery list section<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entering weights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For products that are priced by weight unit, you have to enter directly in each order item row and confirm by clicking on the scale icon. A green checkmark indicates that the weight has been entered correctly, while a yellow warning triangle indicates that the weight has yet to be entered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By clicking on the speech bubble icon you can open a dialog box to enter the weight of the product along with a comment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:#FFEE58\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Task 2: After you have finished packaging the goods, please change the status of the order or the products to delivered. You cannot assign individual order items to a box. The box feature is used to track packaged boxes in downstream logistics. Distributors can then see the amount of boxes to expect when picking up and delivering an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every box that has been created has a unique id.
